Dear friends,

It's a busy time here at the UUA, as I'm sure it is in your congregation. I'm always so grateful in times like these for the ways we support one another. To support the great work in congregations and continue to provide you with timely resources, we've revamped our UU Bulletin newsletter into this new format to make it more inviting and helpful. Every congregation will receive this email once a month as a benefit of membership in our Association. I hope you'll find it of use.

In faith,

Rev. Susan Frederick-Gray

UUA President

Rev. Susan Frederick-Gray spends her days strengthening the thriving mission of this faith. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and playing with their new puppy, Hercules.

As people of a deeply interconnected faith, we have each other's backs as together we resist a racist government bent on violating human rights for political gain. Love Resists can help you get connected to support individuals and families facing an unjust immigration system.

In these times of criminalization and xenophobia, inclusive Unitarian Universalist spaces can save lives. Help your congregation live deeply into its intentional welcome of LGBTQIA+ folx with Five Practices of Welcome Renewal.

The front office of a congregation can be a hub of activity in the life of a spiritual community. We offer 20 Suggestions for a Welcoming Congregational Office to help create a physical space that embodies your spiritual values. This resource is available from Leader Lab, an extensive database of tips, tools and trainings for congregations and covenanted communities.

As the UUA journeys toward a culture of greater equity and inclusion, we'll share insights and tools with congregations for their own exploration. One resource we've come across recently is the excellent training work of The Management Center. Your congregation may find it helpful as well.
